Job Title: 

Sessional Roles- 

Youth Worker; Sports Coach; Activity Assistant; Play Worker

Roles vary from £9.88 per hour and £8.25 per hour

The Role: To deliver a range of exciting activity programmes to young people that will challenge, stimulate and provide new opportunities, in line with The Factory’s themes around; sports, arts, personal development, crime prevention and health and wellbeing, outward bound and environmental activities, leadership, volunteering and citizenship, employment and enterprise.

Job Title: 

Fitness and Nutrition Workers x 2 posts

£9.88 per hour (term time only, 40 week contract) 

The Role:

To deliver a targeted programme offering 1:1 personal coaching consultations with young people to involve them in planning and managing their own health and fitness.

The aim of all our intervention programmes is to enable young people at risk to make better choices through providing positive opportunities, creating an excellent relationship with staff and developing a support system for the young person to access at The Factory.

Job Title: 

Smart Futures Adminsitrator

£18,000 pro rata

24 hours per week fixed until December 2019 

The Role:

Smart Futures is a partnership project to raise aspirations and to provide work experience for young people in North Manchester. The programme seeks to inspire young people to widen and develop their career aspirations by enabling them to access work experience and understand the opportunities available within the workplace by engaging with employers.

Smart Futures Administrator coordinates the day-to-day systems, supports Smart Futures Manager with all administration tasks and ensures data integrity and supports production of statistical reports and case studies. They will take responsibility for facilitating effective communication with delivery partners and coordinating the relationship with Mploy solutions in sourcing work experience and industry links.
